Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sacred mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EWA DIGITAL LTD ("Company", "we", "our", "us").

2. Description of Service

Sacred is a mobile application designed as a companion tool for D/S (Dominance/Submission) relationships. The App provides features including but not limited to:

• Private messaging between partners
• Shared photo galleries
• Task and correction management
• Session planning and documentation
• Real-time location sharing
• Shared document creation and signing

Sacred is a tool for consensual adult relationships. All interactions within the App must be based on mutual consent between all parties involved.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sacred. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use Sacred, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Conduct

When using Sacred, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share content involving minors in any capacity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share non-consensual intimate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the App to distribute malware or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our servers

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account termination.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Sacred ("User Content"), including messages, photos, documents, and other materials.

By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit the content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you and your partner.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share. You represent that you have the necessary rights to share all User Content.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Sacred offers both free and paid subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed in the App
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice

To cancel your subscription, manage it through your device's app store subscription settings.

8. Intellectual Property

The Sacred app, including its design, code, features, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of EWA DIGITAL LTD and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sacred is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Any defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

Sacred is a relationship management tool. We do not provide relationship advice, counseling, or therapy. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the use of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EWA DIGITAL LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in the App's Settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EWA DIGITAL LTD is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
